The founder
A personal approach to Ibiza real estate
Geraldine Lansen is the founder of Resa Estates, a boutique real estate agency specialising in Ibiza. She has lived and worked on the island since 2007 and has more than 18 years of experience in the Ibiza property market.
Resa Estates intentionally remains boutique, allowing Geraldine to personally guide every client throughout the entire process — from the first viewing to long after the notary.
Geraldine speaks Dutch, English and fluent Spanish.

Having lived and worked in Ibiza for almost two decades, Geraldine has developed extensive knowledge of the island, its different areas and the local property market.
